Bobbi Stevens Bass Guitar Backup
Vocals
Bobbi Stevens has picked up her bass again after a 20
year hiatus! She grew up in Grove City where she began her musical career in the high school band and hung out with the teenaged
Six Foot Blonde. Bobbi was pulled in to the Six Foot Blonde Band "just to fill in," not knowing if she could remember
how to play. Surprisingly she was able to learn 30 songs in 5 days and picked up right where she left off. She enjoys adding
new, fun, upbeats songs to the play list and also enjoys the talent and company of her band members. Her loving
and suportive boyfriend and son are happy to finally get her out of the house once in awhile!
Mike Mahoney on Lead Guitar and Backup
Vocals
Mike's roots run to 70s and 80s hard rock, southern rock, and a touch of the jazzy side of pop. A Cleveland boy,
he grew up listening to the Raspberries, James Gang and Michael Stanley Band. More recently, after a brief stint with local
blues rockers in Soul Satyr and a fun run with the Prescription, Mike got ready to walk on the wild side of the millenium.
Nothing quite prepared him for Six Foot Blonde! But the seductive vocals of the new wave female pop-alternative stylists sing
to Mike like the Sirens wooed Brave Ulysses (Look it up in your Greek Mythology, buy Cream's Disraeli Gears, or
just chalk it up to to his feminine side). Anyway, Jewel, KT Tunstall, Paramore, and Avril Levigne apparently have something
he needs...musically that is!
Angie Dickman on Keys
Angie grew up in London, Ohio. She has an extensive background in vocal and
instrumental music, studied the piano for 10 years, and has been playing the piano for almost 30. Until now, most of Angie's
musical performances have been in a sacred setting, and her piano upbringing was strictly classical. This stay-at-home mom
of 3 has ventured out of the sanctuary and sonatinas and into the world of traveling musicians. She's bound to have Bach
rolling over in his grave (and her piano teacher as well) rocking out with Six Foot Blonde!
George Edmisten on Drums
George has been playing in local bands for more than four years. His generous father is the benefactor
of the band, and George is well known for having the most supportive family in all of the Columbus music scene. When
he's not gigging he enjoys Caribbean cruising and hanging out with the world's next musical sensation, his adorable
5 year old daughter Gia (who rocks it singing Brick House). George continues to hope that Six Foot Blonde will add a
song by his favorite musical group, Genesis.
